With a decade of experiences in the EA role, Sandy is an individual who is resourceful, detail oriented and demonstrates ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges.

I enjoy working in a diverse team on both good day/ bad day with a positive approach to problem solving and finding solutions. I love learning from other bar raisers so as to constantly be able to attain the highest standards of professionalism in my work. The role has been demanding and challenging and evolved significantly but it has also been extremely rewarding, working with a team that always deliver result."

Sandy brings a wealth of dynamic project management experiences working in all sizes of companies - from Enterprises to startups beyond the general role of an administration managing day to day operations in MNC environment within Asia Pacific Region supporting C-executives, business leaders and expatriates. She has also accumulated a wide experiences throughout her career working with different nationality executives (American, British, Dutch, Japanese, Canadian, Malaysian, Indian, Australian etc).

"My international exposure has given me strong communication and negotiation skills in both leadership and administration space. I'm a dynamic planner and used to working in fast changing environment. While running the life and offices of top management, busy executives and leaders, it's a work in progress to integrate motherhood and the global/ regional hours involvement at work.

Sandy is also an advocate to improving operation efficiency and uphold the cultural principles of the organization. She loves to be involved in giving back projects and is passionate to help others in her field. She believes that her versatile background enables more meaningful connection with people. Integrity is her guiding principle for success.
